Judgment directing execution of an instrument--Conditions of stay.If the appeal is from a judgment directing the execution of a conveyance or other instrument, its execution shall not be stayed by the appeal unless the instrument shall be properly executed and deposited with the clerk of the circuit court to abide the judgment of the Supreme Court.
