Order for transcript of proceedings.Within ten days after the filing of the notice of appeal, the appellant shall order from the reporter(s) transcript(s) of the proceedings or such parts thereof as deemed necessary. The order shall be in writing on the form prescribed by the Supreme Court, and within the same period service of the order shall be made on all parties to the action and a copy shall be filed with the clerk of the circuit court.
