16-1A-1.Definition of terms.Terms as used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, mean:(1)'Commission,' the Commission on Judicial Qualifications provided for in S. D. Const., Art. V, §9 and this chapter;(2)'Judge,' a justice of the Supreme Court, a judge of the circuit court, or a judge of a court of limited jurisdiction.
