Award of grants--Procedures for obtaining grant.The commission shall award grants as provided in §§23-3-52, 23-3-53, and 16-2-50 to 16-2-54, inclusive, and publicize the availability of and procedures for obtaining grants under §§23-3-52, 23-3-53, and 16-2-50 to 16-2-54, inclusive.
