16-2-63. Electronic access to case documents pilot program .The State Court Administrator's Office shall conduct a pilot program that will allow access to Unified Judicial System case documents through a web-based electronic access portal. The State Court Administrator shall determine the procedure and parameters on how the pilot program shall be implemented and shall report the results of the pilot program prior to December 31, 2020.
