16-5-23. Regular terms of circuit court held if cases ready for trial--Juries called.At the time designated by law, there shall be regular terms of circuit court held in the several counties, if there be any cases ready for trial. Juries shall be called for such terms if there are any jury cases for trial. Source: SDC 1939 & Supp 1960, §33.1101.
