Disorderly behavior in presence of referee as misdemeanor.Every person guilty of any contempt of court by behavior of like character to that described in §16-15-2, committed in the presence of any referee or referees, while actually sitting for the trial of a cause, or upon any inquest or other proceeding authorized by law, is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
