Bylaws, rules, and regulations binding on members of bar--Violation as ground for discipline.The bylaws, rules, and regulations heretofore adopted by the State Bar and approved by the Supreme Court, and which may hereafter be so adopted and approved as herein provided, are and shall be binding upon all members of the State Bar and the willful violation of any such bylaw, rule, or regulation by any member of the State Bar shall constitute sufficient grounds for the discipline of such member under the procedure set out in chapter 16-19.
