16-18-34.7. Recommendations in attorney disciplinary proceedings. Any recommendation for disbarment or suspension made by the Disciplinary Board or the referee under § 16-19-67 shall contain a recommendation as to the restrictions or conditions of employment and supervision of the accused attorney as a legal assistant.
