Contracts and powers of disbarred attorney void.Any contract, power of attorney, or other instrument authorizing, directing, or empowering, or attempting to authorize, direct, or empower any person whose license to practice law in the State of South Dakota has been revoked, to institute or attempt to institute any legal proceedings in any court of this state in behalf of the person or persons executing such power of attorney, contract, or other instrument, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be null and void.
