License to practice law as trust--Duty to conform to standards.A license to practice law in this state is a privilege and a continuing proclamation by the Supreme Court that a licensed attorney is an officer of the Court, is fit to be entrusted with legal and judicial matters, and is able to aid in the administration of justice. It is the duty of an attorney to act, both professionally and personally, in conformity with the standards of conduct governing members of the bar.
