16-19-42. Complaint and reference for investigation and report in proceeding initiated by attorney general.If the investigation of an attorney's conduct is initiated by the attorney general, the attorney general shall file a written complaint with the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court shall refer the matter to the board for an investigation and report pursuant to §§16-19-45 to 16-19-64, inclusive.
