Record of compliance maintained by disbarred or suspended attorney--Condition precedent to reinstatement.A disbarred or suspended attorney shall keep and maintain records of the various steps taken under this chapter so that, in any subsequent proceeding, proof of compliance with this chapter and with the disbarment or suspension order will be available.
