Section 16-19-82 - Noncompliance by attorney as contempt

Noncompliance by attorney as contempt.The failure of an attorney, including an attorney who has been disbarred or suspended, to comply fully and promptly with any of the provisions of this chapter or with any order or judgment entered in disciplinary proceedings, shall constitute contempt and shall be punishable as such by the Supreme Court.
