16-22-11. Promulgation of rules governing evidence-based felony probation supervision practices.The Supreme Court shall establish rules pursuant to §16-3-1 governing evidence-based felony probation supervision practices, including a validated risk and needs assessment, and targeting the probationer's criminal risk factors with suitable supervision and intervention, focusing resources on moderate-risk and high-risk offenders.
