16-22-12. Report of probation practices and training implementation.The Unified Judicial System shall monitor and report semiannually to the oversight council the extent to which practices of probation supervision, as adopted in rule by the Supreme Court, as well as training requirements prescribed in §§16-22-15 and 16-14-4 are implemented.
