Standards and guidelines in accordance with key components.The State Court Administrator's Office, in consultation with the Statewide Drug Court Advisory Board, shall implement statewide standards and guidelines in accordance with the ten key components to ensure the effectiveness and maintain the fidelity of the drug courts.
