Persons entitled to use military service provisions.Persons in the military service of the United States, as used in §§18-3-2 and 18-3-3 shall include the following persons and no others: all members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard, all officers of the Public Health Service detailed for duty with the Army, Navy, or Air Force, and any civilian persons serving with, employed by, or accompanying the armed forces hereinbefore mentioned outside of the United States.
