2-7-20.1. Certificate of conformity by Legislature in form and style.Whenever the Governor certifies, pursuant to paragraph four of section 4 of article IV of the Constitution, that the Legislature has conformed a bill to the Governor's recommendations, that certificate must be typed and signed on the enrolled bill.
