§ 2-7-20-4

2-7-20.4. Bills becoming law without Governor's signature or objections.Whenever the Governor fails to veto any bill which shall become law without the Governor's signature or the certificate referred to in §2-7-20.1, the Governor shall deliver it to the secretary of state, who shall note, beneath the signature line provided for the Governor, that it was delivered by the Governor without the Governor's signature and without objection.
