Lobbyists not to go on floor except by invitation--Violation as petty offense.No person, employed for a pecuniary consideration to act as a lobbyist as defined by this chapter, may go upon the floor of either house of the Legislature reserved for the members thereof while in session, except upon the invitation of that house.
