2-13-16. Sale or disposal of session laws.Session laws shall be sold at a price set to cover their printing and distribution costs plus ten percent. However, any session laws which have not been sold, within two years from the date of their delivery by the printer, may be sold at a price set by order of the commissioner of human resources and administration or they may be given away or otherwise disposed of by order of the commissioner of human resources and administration.
