2-13-2. Session law publication--Authorities indexed.The director of the Legislative Research Council shall arrange for publication of the session laws. The session laws must include the laws and joint resolutions passed by each session of the Legislature, the rules of court, the executive orders adopted pursuant to the constitution, voter-approved initiated constitutional amendments, and voter-approved initiated measures. The code counsel shall prepare a full and complete index of all such laws, which shall refer to the subject matter of each act, whether it is an original enactment or an amendment.
