South Dakota Codified Laws provided to Legislature--Codified Laws and Administrative Rules provided to legislators.The Code Commission shall provide the Legislature with sets of the South Dakota Codified Laws. The Code Commission may provide each legislator with a copy of the South Dakota Codified Laws, the Administrative Rules of South Dakota and other information in a digital format.
