2-16-8. Copyrights of material--Contract for use of state's copyright. The South Dakota Code Commission shall provide that the material authorized for publication by §2-16-6 will be copyrighted by the State of South Dakota, in the name of the State of South Dakota, to the extent permitted by federal copyright law.
