20-9-15. Landowner liability for land leased to state or its political subdivisions for outdoor recreation activity.Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the provisions of §§20-9-13 and 20-9-14 apply to the duties and liability of an owner of land leased to the state or any political subdivision of the state for outdoor recreational activity.
