21-18-46. Right to jury trial in garnishment proceedings.Any party to an issue in the garnishment proceeding shall be entitled to a jury trial in all cases where jury trials are allowed in ordinary civil actions. Source: SDC 1939 & Supp 1960, §37.2824.
