21-19-7. Retention of property levied after notice to debtor.Except as provided in §§21-19-8 and 21-19-17 the officer must retain in his possession all money and property levied upon for at least fifteen days after notice to the debtor of the levy. Source: SDC 1939 & Supp 1960, §37.4910.
