Section 21-35-3 - Amendment of petition and notice

Amendment of petition and notice.If any person who is a proper party defendant to a proceeding under this chapter, or any property affected thereby, shall have been omitted from said petition or notice, the plaintiff may file amendments to the same, which amendments from the filing thereof shall have the same effect as though contained in said petition and notice.
