Complaint filed to bring action--Parties defendant.An action for the recovery of escheated property or its reduction into the possession of the state shall be brought in the name of the state as plaintiff, entitled in the court in which the action is brought, by filing a complaint in which all parties in possession of said property or any part thereof and all adverse claimants thereto, if known, and all persons having or claiming to have any interest therein shall be named as defendants.
