Jurisdiction of decedent's estate from time of publication of summons.From the time of the publication of the summons, as directed in §§21-41-8 and 21-41-9, the circuit court shall have jurisdiction of the estate of any deceased person described in §21-41-18, to make final settlement thereof, so far as may be necessary to a complete determination of the title to the premises involved, or of the interest or lien of any party or parties therein.
