Order for sale at site of property--Reservation of power to receive higher bid at hearing.In the order for sale the court may provide for a sale at the site of the property upon a showing that it would be advantageous to have the sale where the property is located, and shall also provide that the sale may not be confirmed should a higher and better bid, in an amount to be specified in said order, be filed in writing at the hearing upon the report of sale by the referee.
