Section 21-51-6 - Order fixing time for hearing on petition or complaint--Notice

Order fixing time for hearing on petition or complaint--Notice.Upon the filing of the application, petition, or complaint in the office of the clerk of the court, the court shall by order fix a time and place for hearing the same and direct notice thereof to be given, which time shall be not less than thirty days from the first publication or posting of the notice as hereinafter provided.
