21-54-10. Sale at auction to highest bidder--Purchase by lien holder.The sale shall be made at public auction to the highest bidder for cash. The lien holder may bid and purchase and have the amount of his bid credited on his lien. Source: SDC 1939 & Supp 1960, §37.3407.
