21-65-10. Persons who may make showing for protection order.The showing required pursuant to §21-65-11 may be made by any of the following:(1)The vulnerable adult;(2)The guardian, conservator, attorney-in-fact, or guardian ad litem of the vulnerable adult;(3)A witness to the vulnerable adult abuse; or(4)An adult protective services worker who has conducted an investigation.
