Forfeiture of public officer's office for record violations--Discharge of public employee--Refusal to discharge employee--Misdemeanor.Any public officer found guilty of violating §§22-11-23 to 22-11-25, inclusive, shall forfeit the office unless the office is subject to impeachment.Any public employee found guilty of violating any provision of §§22-11-23 to 22-11-25, inclusive, shall be discharged.
