22-11-32. Harass defined--Course of conduct defined.For purposes of §22-11-31, the term, harasses, means a knowing and willful course of conduct directed at any person which seriously alarms or annoys the person and which serves no legitimate legal purpose.For purposes of §22-11-31, the term, course of conduct, means a pattern of conduct composed of a series of acts over a period of time, however short, evidencing a continuity of purpose.
