Distributors, manufacturers, and persons with interest therein not to lease premises to organizations conducting bingo or lotteries.No distributor, manufacturer, or person having a direct or indirect financial interest in a distributorship or in such manufacturer may be a lessor of premises, directly or indirectly, to an organization conducting bingo or lotteries.
