Commercial bribery--Misdemeanor.Any person who confers, or agrees to confer, directly or indirectly, any benefit upon any employee, agent, or fiduciary without the consent of the latter's employer or principal, with intent to influence the employee's, agent's, or fiduciary's conduct in relation to that person's employer's or principal's affairs, is guilty of commercial bribery.
