Receiving a commercial bribe--Misdemeanor.Any employee, agent, or fiduciary who, without consent of that person's employer or principal, solicits, accepts, or agrees to accept any benefit, directly or indirectly, from another person upon an agreement or understanding that such benefit will influence his or her conduct in relation to that person's employer's or principal's affairs, is guilty of receiving a commercial bribe.
