23-1A-21. Effect of judgment same as for other civil judgments--Execution, levy, and liens.A judgment in a petty offense case has the same effect as any other civil judgment and may be executed, levied on, and become a lien on the property of a defendant accordingly. Source: SL 1977, ch 193, §24.
