23-3-39.1. Airport security training to be provided--Maximum duration.Notwithstanding §§23-3-41 and 23-3-42, the Law Enforcement Officers Standards Commission shall establish a training and certification program for any employee or officer of the state or its political subdivisions responsible for providing law enforcement support within the confines of airport property.
