Section 23-3-47 - Severability

Severability.The provisions of §§23-3-26 to 23-3-46, inclusive, shall be severable and if any phrase, clause, sentence, or provision of said sections is declared to be contrary to the Constitution or laws of this state or of the United States or the applicability thereof to any government, agency, person, or circumstance is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of said sections and the applicability thereof to any government, agency, person, or circumstance shall not be affected thereby.
