23A-27A-33. Place for persons and equipment provided at correctional facility.The Department of Corrections shall arrange for and provide a proper and suitable place at a state correctional facility for the custody of persons awaiting sentence of death and for the execution of the death sentence together with any and all proper equipment and appliances for the infliction of such punishment.
