23A-28B-7. Commission meetings--Quorum.The commission shall meet as necessary to carry out its functions pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. A meeting may be called by the chairman or upon the request of any three members of the commission. Any meeting shall be held at a place and time fixed by the chairman. A majority of the duly appointed members of the commission constitutes a quorum to transact its business. Source: SL 1991, ch 201, §7.
