23A-43-26.(Rule 46(f)) Exoneration of obligors and release of bail--Cash deposit or surrender of defendant exonerating.When the condition of a bond has been satisfied or the forfeiture of a bond has been set aside or remitted, a court shall exonerate the obligors and release any bail.
