24-7-37. Annual report of activities of prison industries.The secretary shall submit an annual report to the Governor and the Legislature setting out all the activities of prison industries that were engaged in the previous year. The secretary shall include in the report financial summaries of all activities of prison industries, a listing of all contracts with private organizations and individuals, and a summary of the planned activities for the next year.
