Training on evidence-based practices and criminal risk factors.Any employee who exercises supervision over a parolee pursuant to §24-15-14 or provides intervention services to any parolee shall receive annual training on evidence-based practices and criminal risk factors, as well as instruction on how to target these factors to reduce recidivism.
