Willful desertion defined--Special conditions applicable.Willful desertion is the voluntary separation of one of the married parties from the other with intent to desert.The special conditions or circumstances set forth in §§25-4-8 to 25-4-14, inclusive, shall also apply in establishing desertion under the provisions of this title.
