25-4-51. Report of divorces to department of health.The clerk of court in every county shall report information of each dissolution of marriage or divorce filed in the office of the clerk of court, on forms prescribed and furnished by the Department of Health and approved by the state court administrator of the Unified Judicial System. The forms shall be mailed or delivered to the South Dakota Department of Health within forty days after the entry of the final order or decree of the circuit court. Source: SL 1978, ch 188.
